Hi everyone! My name is Leah and I have a degree in Family Studies with a minor in Community Nutrition from the University of Alberta.

I currently work at the University of Alberta as a Training Coordinator for the Faculty of Physical Education & Recreation. I train all new and returning staff on a Recreation Management Software system, so effective communication is definitely important in my job! One of my professional goals for the year is to explore alternative training methods for staff. I'm really interested in exploring social media as a way to engage staff in training more effectively.
