Module 7: Metrics & Analytics

Today in class I'm going to share with you part of a google analytics report.

In groups, I would like you to review all the information and then be ready to share with the class your responses to:

1. What value do you see in the data and the information presented in this report? Why it is useful?

2. What do you need to know to make sense of this data and feel confident making recommendations back to the organization?

3. What are three things that you can deduce from the information in this report?

4. What information from the report would you use to assess the effectiveness of this website and why?

5. What recommendations would you make to the company based on this report?

If you'd like to know more about interpreting your google analytics, have a read here.
